This role is hands‐on, detail‐oriented, and central to how we run and scale our financial systems as we grow globally.This is a excellent opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who wants to work inside a high‐growth SaaS environment, learn revenue operations,



and grow into deeper responsibilities over time.ResponsibilitiesCore AccountingProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsMaintain accurate general ledger entries and assist with reconciliationsPerform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, Stripe, payroll, and other systemsSupport the month‐end close by preparing journal entries, schedules, and documentationHelp maintain clean financial records aligned with accounting standardsSaaS & Revenue OperationsSupport subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processesReconcile recurring revenue from platforms like Stripe and monitor payment discrepanciesAssist with deferred revenue tracking and ARR/MRR reportingHelp ensure accuracy of customer billing records, contracts, and usage dataFinancial OperationsMaintain expense categorizations and assist with expense auditsSupport vendor onboarding, contract organization, and payment processingAssist with payroll data validation and benefits‐related adjustmentsContribute to system improvements and workflow automation using modern toolsCross‐Functional CollaborationPartner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to gather data for reportingHelp improve internal processes to support scale and complianceWork with teams to answer finance‐related questions and resolve discrepanciesRequirements0‐2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping,
