Position Overview This role is a key member of the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) group, supporting production processes and driving process improvement initiatives within a quick-paced, high-tolerance manufacturing environment. The position reports to the Engineering Manager and works cross-functionally with quality, operations, and design teams to validate new processes and process improvements, offering robust exposure to fuel systems production and hands-on process development.

Typical Day/Week in the Role Task Breakdown & Work Workplace

Split between office and shop floor, roughly 30% office and 70% shop floor

Supports PCN (process change notice) activity, testing and validating process improvements

Works with operators to maintain processes, and prepares reports and process review documents

Supports daily operations within the manufacturing process

Partners with quality, operations,



and design teams to validate new processes and process improvements

Serves as a key member of the team supporting production processes, reporting to the Engineering Manager

Candidate Requirements Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in an engineering field preferred and 5+ years of relevant experience

Top Skills

Professional verbal and written communication, along with strong analytical skills

Ability to create sketches, engineering drawings, and common computations

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and technical reports

Additional Technical Skills (Required)

Experience in a manufacturing and machining environment

CNC programming and process development experience

Additional Technical Skills (Desired)

Experience with hone, OD/ID grinding, and centerless grinding

Experience developing and maintaining automated cells
