Safran Landing Systems is a subsidiary of Safran Landing Systems, a world leader in landing and braking systems for aircraft. The Mirabel plant is dedicated to the manufacturing of major landing gear components for Airbus A320, A330, and A350, as well as Boeing 787 models. It features state-of-the-art equipment for machining, polishing, and special processes, including heat treatment, shot peening, and surface treatments.Using manual air tools or semi-automatic equipment, you will perform the honing of attachment points of main landing gear components according to specifications. These operations require a high level of precision to create exact dimensions to subsequently accommodate other mechanical parts.You will also be called upon to:prepare the part and, if necessary, perform the setup on the equipmentinspect parts using measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specificationscomplete appropriate quality assurance documentationcontribute to the continuous improvement of operations and the achievement of objectives in terms of safety, quality, costs, and on-time delivery.Evening shift: Monday to Thursday from 2:20 PM to 12:20 AMNote: Depending on collective agreement rules, the shift may change (day, evening, night, or weekend)Compensation for this position starts between $27.85 and $37.87 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
