security deposits, and fees to ensure financial compliance and integrityManages leasing applications, communicates with applicants, and reconciles tenant accounts for accuracyDevelops and monitors the community's annual budget, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and expense controlsConducts regular inspections of property and grounds to uphold cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standardsSchedules and coordinates timely maintenance services in response to resident needsInvestigates complaints and disturbances, resolving issues with a focus on maintaining a peaceful communityPlans and coordinates community events to foster resident engagement and satisfactionEnsures compliance with all relevant safety policies, procedures, and local regulationsPerforms other duties as assignedWho You Are3–5 years of experience in property management or community services, with supervisory responsibilitiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field; equivalent experience consideredExperience with Yardi software preferredCertification in property management (e.G., CAM, CPM) is a plusProficient in budgeting, accounting,
