Job Position: Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician / Electrical ForemanLocation: Moncton, NBJob Type: Full-Time | PermanentCompensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience, plus overtime and benefitsJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician who is ready to take on a leadership role as an Electrical Foreman. The successful candidate will oversee electrical projects from start to finish, lead crews on-site, ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, and maintain the highest standards of workmanship.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise electrical crews on commercial, industrial, and multi-residential projects.Plan daily work activities and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in accordance with the Canadian Electrical Code.Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.Ensure all work is completed safely,



efficiently, and to quality standards.Coordinate with project managers, clients, inspectors, and other trades.Mentor apprentices and support their technical development.Complete job documentation, daily reports, and material tracking.Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site.QualificationsRed Seal Certification (required).Previous experience as a Foreman or Crew Lead is considered a strong asset.Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code and safe work practices.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
