As a Host with Fit4Less, you'll engage with members and maintain cleanliness to ensure a welcoming setting. This role encompasses customer service and minor maintenance tasks.
The Host at Fit4Less plays a key role in delivering friendly service and upholding cleanliness standards within the club. You will provide assistance to members, recommend memberships, and maintain a protected workout workplace. This position supports Fit4Less' objective to promote a pleasant and automated fitness experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold daily cleanliness and safety standards
• Provide friendly assistance to members and guests
• Suggest promotional memberships and services
• Participate in regular training and task completion
• Report any incidents or maintenance needs promptly
Requirements:
• High School diploma or working towards it
• Minimum of 1 year teamwork experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Valid First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification
• Able to remain calm under pressure
