- We are seeking a business-oriented and result-driven senior credit and marketing officer to oversee the company’s ongoing marketing operation.
- The candidate will play a crucial role in attracting loans and deposits from prospects, enhancing efficiency, and implementing operational excellence across the business development departments.
- The candidate must be currently working on the island within a financial institution with strong experience in marketing.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.).
- Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support business development.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.




- Work closely with the team lead to develop and implement the company’s strategic goals and objectives

Requirements & Qualifications

- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related course.
- 5 - 10 years of experience.
- CIBN certification is an added advantage
- An MBA or master’s degree within this field is an added advantage.
- Experience working with a commercial bank or any financial services.
- Experience working in a banking sector is required.
- Proven track records of scaling organizations and leading cross-functional teams.
- Solid financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, marketing, and performance management.
- Excellent marketing, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- The candidate must have a good understanding of financial regulations, lending, blockchain, digital payment, or related sectors.

Salary N400,000 - N600,000 monthly.
