Role Overview:

Hands-on automation developer/engineer contractor to design and deliver automation solutions. Must have extensive experience working with UiPath & SAP systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation initiatives that improve productivity, streamline business operations, and achieve quantifiable business value and ROI.

Key Deliverables:

- Identify automation use cases
- Align with business stakeholders to promote value-adding automation projects
- Design scalable solutions
- Establish automation operating model
- Deliver efficiency improvements

Responsibilities:

- Lead architecture and design
- Coordinate vendors
- Ensure compliance
- Drive implementation and adoption

Preferred Experience:

- 6+ years automation architecture experience
- UiPath experience required; certification preferred
- CoE experience preferred
- Pharma industry experience preferred

Required Tools / Platforms Experience:

- UiPath, Power Automate
- ServiceNow
- SAP and/or other life science enterprise systems, CRM etc.
