You'll diagnose, service, and repair vehicles while keeping the customer experience front and center.What You'll DoDiagnose, service, and repair customer vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standardsPerform maintenance and repairs on brakes, steering, suspension, drivetrain, electrical, cooling, climate control, and related systemsRoad test vehicles for diagnostic and quality control purposesComplete work safely, accurately, and efficientlyDocument repairs clearly using proper condition, cause, and correction notesIdentify and communicate additional recommended repairs or maintenanceWork closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and other technicians to keep workflow movingFollow warranty, recall, safety, and dealership repair proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work areaSupport a team-first culture built on being trustworthy, a team player,
