The successful candidate will be responsible to provide technical support and training for ASSA ABLOY Entrance System PDS products, brands and competitive equipment. The key responsibilities include but are not limited to providing technical support, provide product feedback, support and auditing, installing and testing of door equipment and working closely with the R&D team. This position will require some travel around the US and Canada on occasion. The position sits in our Monroe NC corporate offices reporting our Manager of Product Support.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport field technicians, installers and contractors to provide training and guidance where neededProvide phone, on-line and documentation supportTravel to support customers and train techniciansSupport special Sales and R&D projectsWork closely with Quality and Part departments as neededBe AAADM certified trainerGoals and ComplianceSupport individual & departmental goalsAssist districts and service providers in a professional and proactive approachParticipate in regular meetings & communicate with department supervisors on projects and activities to increase customer service and satisfactionIdentify & document any required ASSA ABLOY Entrance Solutions compliance training for technicians and installersEnsure compliance with all established policies,
