This is a contract‐based position ideal for an experienced leader who is passionate about developing others and making a measurable impact in organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate interactive, hands‐on leadership development sessionsEngage participants through real‐world discussions and practical exercisesProvide assessments, feedback, and coaching to enhance learning outcomesCollaborate with the Catalyst team to ensure program consistency and qualityRepresent Catalyst with professionalism and enthusiasm at all sessionsLead both online and in‐person sessionsQualificationsMinimum 15 years of management or leadership experienceMinimum 5 years of facilitation experience in leadership or career development trainingExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of learnersExperience with leadership assessments and adult learning methodologiesMaster's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
