We're a leader in high-end landscaping products across North America, and we're proud of our craftsmanship, innovation, and strong team culture.If you like being hands‐on, working close to production, and making sure every product meets the highest standards — this role is for youCompensation and ScheduleCompetitive salary:$23.97 to $24.50/hourDay shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.M. to 5:00 p.M.Your RoleForklift Operator, Order Picker, and Scale ClerkForklift Operator (Experience MANDATORY)Load flatbed trailers according to operational needsTransport various materials and/or supplies required for operationsInspect equipment before the start of each shift and perform operator changeovers as neededEnsure cleanliness of the premises and equipment to maintain a safe and clean work environmentReview completed work from the previous shift and upcoming tasks based on priorities set by the production supervisorNotify the production supervisor of any mechanical issuesOperate the forklift safely and diligentlyDemonstrate a high level of vigilance to prevent accidents and/or tip-overs (pedestrians, buildings, fixed equipment, trucks, and other machinery)Use the forklift according to its capabilities and limitationsOutdoor workOrder PreparationTransport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant, manually or using mechanical equipmentPerform a complete inspection of finished productsSort, package, crate, and wrap materials and productsPerform any other related labor or general work tasksScale ClerkRecord the weight of all incoming loadsEnter reports and data into the computer system as requiredMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentationCommunicate with yard personnel, customer service, production staff,
