Addiction Services Campus Program Manager, Men's Recovery ProgramThe Campus Manager provides overall leadership, operational oversight, spiritual direction, and program accountability for the campus. This role ensures the program operates in a secure, structured, Christ-centered, and transformational environment while maintaining organizational standards, accreditation requirements, and provincial and federal compliance obligations.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team OversightHire, train, lead, supervise, and support campus staff and volunteersFoster a healthy culture of integrity, accountability, unity, and servant leadershipConduct staff meetings, coaching, performance reviews, and development planningSupport conflict resolution and team communicationProvide leadership with human resource functionsProgram OversightEnsure consistency and excellence in program deliveryMonitor client progress, family engagement, structure, schedules, and program outcomesSupport crisis management and behavioral interventions when requiredEnsure documentation, reporting, and program records are completed accuratelyCompliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with accreditation standards and organizational policiesMaintain provincial and federal health and safety standardsOversee incident management, emergency procedures, and risk mitigationEnsure proper medication procedures, facility safety, and workplace practices are followedOperations & AdministrationOversee campus operations, transportation, maintenance coordination, and facility needsBudget accountability and responsible stewardship of building and resourcesSupport fundraising and financial revenue sourcesSupport admissions, discharge planning,



and communication with regional leadershipLive as an example to the clients in daily behavior and actionsModel Christ-centered leadership and healthy spiritual maturityFoster an environment of discipleship, prayer, restoration, and personal growthSupport chapel services, devotions, outreach opportunities, and spiritual mentorshipCommunity & Family RelationsBuild healthy relationships with churches, referral partners, families, and community supportsRepresent the organization professionally within the communityAdditional ResponsibilitiesOther duties as assignedEducation, Experience and CredentialsLeadership experience in addiction recovery, ministry, social services, or residential care considered an assetBachelor's degree in a relevant field required (Ministry, Business, Addiction Services)Master's degree considered an assetValid driver's licenceCurrent First Aid Certification requiredMust be able to obtain and maintain a clear Vulnerable Sector ClearanceStrong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsUnderstanding of addiction recovery, trauma, and behavioral supportAbility to lead teams and maintain healthy structure in a residential environmentWilling and able to take and complete assigned training and developmentAgreement with organizational mission, values, and faith-based approachWorking with individuals in addiction and recoveryTravel as required for work purposesOn-call for emergencies as requiredThe work environment reflects the Christ-centered mission of Adult & Teen Challenge, where staff collaborate in ministry-focused work that supports individuals on their recovery journey.
