In this role, you'll lead operations within the Door Department during the afternoon shift and support our commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.ASSA ABLOY is growing, and there has never been a more exciting time to join our team!What would you do as our Production Supervisor?You'll oversee production operations in the Door Department during the afternoon shift, leading teams to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, and on‐time delivery goals.You would also:Lead and support production teams to meet daily schedules and performance targetsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsTrain, coach, and develop employees while promoting teamwork and engagementMonitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with cross‐functional teams to support operational needsIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and control costsSupport coverage for other supervisors when neededSpecial assignments as assignedThe Skills and Experience You Need:Post-secondary education in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field4–6 years of manufacturing supervision or management experienceLean manufacturing and process improvement experienceProduction scheduling and work planning experienceStrong leadership, communication,
