This role will back up the Branch Manager during any absences and will act as key communication between the branch and administrative team in Edmonton.What You Will Do -Provide back up support to Personal Line and Commercial Line brokers in their day-to-day tasksSupervise the branch Account Administrator teamDevelop and input employee schedule into HRIS,



oversee employee timecard, fixing errors and approving hoursRun and review a variety of reports.Process client deposits, disbursements and NSF'sComplete reconciliations of Insurance Company billing and petty cashParticipate and/or organize meetingsOther administrative duties as requiredWhat You Bring to the Team -Completion of High School Diploma or equivalencyPrevious experience with insurance or insurance brokeragePrevious supervisory experience is an assetOrganizational and time management skills are a mustInterpersonal skillsDrive and motivation for personal growthAbout Drayden InsuranceDrayden Insurance was founded in 1965 and is named after the small towns in Alberta which it was formed - Drayton Valley and Holden.
