We are pre-launch, building rapid, and this is one of the first roles on the team.Why This Role ExistsEvery meal plan, macro target, and recipe recommendation we generate needs to be grounded in real nutrition science. We need a nutrition expert in the room to define that logic from the ground up, not review it after the fact. This is a role where nutrition expertise shapes the product itself, rather than being layered onto a finished one.What You'll DoDesign the nutritional framework behind our meal planning engine — macro targets, meal composition logic,



dietary constraintsWork with kitchen partners to validate their recipes against our nutritional standards and bring them onto the platformMaintain ongoing partner relationships to source new recipes and expand our culinary offering over timeHelp standardize the process and criteria for onboarding new kitchen partners quickly and consistentlyWork directly with the founder to translate nutrition science into product decisionsEngage with early users to understand what's working toward their goals and feed that insight back into the productDefine what personalization means for Nutrics, grounded in science rather than trendWho We're Looking ForA registered dietitian or nutritionist with applied or clinical experienceComfortable working with ambiguity and building process from scratchGenuinely interested in product outcomes, not only nutrition guidance in isolationMotivated by ownership and long-term impact on the company's directionCulture & How We WorkSmall team, high trust, minimal process.
