Job Description: Casual Program Support Specialist – Level 3, LINC Home Study OntarioSummary: Program Support Specialist Level 3 is responsible for client service, data management, administrative tasks and client training in the LINC Home Study program.Duties & ResponsibilitiesClient Service and SupportProvide escalated client service and troubleshoot issuesProvide platform and standard operating procedure support to clientsPerform intermediate webinar moderationData Management and ReportingPerform data entry tasks on platformsTrack and maintain data and generate reportsPerform data analytics to support monitoring of program metricsAdministrative TasksMaintain back-ups of invoices and expense claimsSupport administration of casual instructor payroll and expense claimsMaintain program inventories (capital assets, supplies,
