as per the standards in effect in the City of Clarence-Rockland.RequirementsSuccessfullycompletedGrade12(secondary)orequivalent.Musthaveaminimumoftwo(2)yearsofrelevantexperience.Havegoodphysicalability.MusthaveavalidOntariodriver's licence.Mustbeself-reliantandhave initiative.Musthaveagoodknowledgeofcarpentryandbuildingmaintenanceingeneral.Verbalandwrittencommunicationskillsinbothofficiallanguages.WHMIS.The following training and certifications will be considered assets:ORFA–SafeIceResurfaceOperatorORFA–IceMaintenanceandEquipmentOperationORFA–BuildingOperationandMaintenanceORFA–GroundsOperationandMaintenance.Class 3 (Blue Collar) according to the unionized salary scale: $26.53 to $29.84 per hour.Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
