As an Assistant Superintendent, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients while maintaining the Broccolini core values, Pride and Passion, Collaboration, Integrity,



and Entrepreneurial Spirit.RESPONSABILITIESAct as the liaison between the Site Superintendent and trade labor force; Maintain daily construction log in conjunction with the Site Superintendent; Develop and manage trade, client, and consultant relationshipsReview / provide input on MS Project schedulePrepare and maintain various site communication/documentation with head office and site; Consistently collaborate with the field staff and the project team to ensure that HSE, performance, productivity, and quality, and safetyrequirements are met.Coordinate with municipal inspections and/or professional inspections; Maintain familiarity with Health & Safety responsibilities and duties; Attend and participate in site meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes and prepare for distribution as directed; Verify / document daily onsite worker count, man hours, and materials and rental equipment.Obtain labor requirements from Site Superintendent and coordinate to sign on laborers when required; Allocate tasks to laborers daily according to the Site Superintendent's instructions; Maintain inventory of required materials and place order accordingly; Ensure that deficiencies are nonconforming work is addressed, and that the highest level of quality control is maintained.QUALIFICATIONSA high school diploma or post-secondary diploma in Engineering,
