As a Sales Coordinator, you will promote our Global EF Language Abroad programs to potential students with the support of your local Toronto and Global Sales Teams. You will engage with customers personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them from their first inquiry until they return home from their trip.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales through database and lead managementDevelop and execute long-term sales strategyContinuously manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressureMaintain a daily high volume of outbound calls to potential customersWork as a team-player to best respond to customer needsConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude in approaching challenging situationsBe eager to take the lead, and use all the tools at your disposal to help our customers travel on a language course abroadDevelop and promote relationship building activities, including fairs and exhibitionsFlexibility to work weekly late shifts and monthly weekend coverage may be requested. Extra hours as needed.Reach and exceed sales goalsRequirementsBachelor's DegreeSales oriented and target driven with 1-2 years of work experience in sales or recruitment (recent grads with strong work experience also welcome to apply)Goal orientedCompetitive team spiritCreative with an entrepreneurial mindsetSelf‐motivated and ambitious,
