Role DetailsPosition: Women's Health NP (Licensed Medical Professional, member of the OIIQ)Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Independent contractor, 1 to 2 days per week equivalent timeWhat You'll DoConduct virtual consultations to assess and manage perimenopause / menopause symptoms.Develop and implement personalized care plans, including HRT, GLP-1s when appropriate, based on patient needs and evidence-based guidelines.Educate patients about perimenopause, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care.Collaborate closely with RNs and MDs on lab tests, exams, and prescribed medications to ensure comprehensive care.Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)



in compliance with PIPEDA regulations.Stay updated on the latest research and guidelines related to perimenopause and HRT.Provide a compassionate and supportive environment for patients, fostering trust and open communication.Maintain the highest standards of care.What We're Looking ForFrench and English bilingual required.QC license required, additional licenses preferred.Nurse Practitioner with specialized experience in women's health, hormonal therapy, holistic care, and support of peri- to post-menopause.Basic knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and psychology is a bonus.Strong communicator, team player, collaborative, problem solver, client-centered, adaptable, dedicated to education, commitment to evidence-based care, and comfortable with work from home and telehealth platforms.
