Nilaya Legal has announced an opening for the position of Associate for its Corporate & Commercial and Venture Capital Practice . The role is intended for legal professionals who are interested in advising quick-growing businesses and founders on corporate and commercial transactions.

Eligibility
Experience appearing before District Courts and High Courts.
1–3 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE).
Exposure to venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A;), or joint venture (JV) transactions.
Positive understanding of corporate laws, FEMA, RBI regulations, and data privacy.
Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols
Excellent legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
Exposure to startups or venture‑backed companies is desirable.
