Surespan is seeking Bridgeman for various constructions projects across BC. These are all full time, permanent positions for the right candidates and provide strong opportunities for growth and stability.Functions of this role include:Working with the site superintendent and foreman to receive and complete tasks requiredPerform bridgeman and piledriverduties including bridgeconstruction, repairs,formwork, timber, steel, and concrete installations.Install, align, anddismantle falsework, shoring, andtemporary structures.Assist with piledriving operations, includingpreparation, rigging,and supporting craneand hammer activities.Safely rig loads,signal crane operators, and participate inlifting operations.Read andinterpret constructiondrawings, layouts, andwork plans.Operate hand tools, powertools, and constructionequipment required forbridge and heavycivil work.Measure, cut, fit, and install structuralcomponents.Perform concrete placement, finishing support, andstructural repairs asrequired.Maintain a clean, organized, and safeworksite.Participate in safetymeetings,
