This is 4 days on-site role and has no direct reports.YOUR ROLEPlatform operations & administrationDay-to-day administration of D365 F&O including security, role management, licensing and workplace healthHelp coordinate the two Microsoft release-wave upgrades each year — scheduling, regression testing with the business, and validation before cutoverMonitor environment healthMaintain documentation of configurations, integrations and standard operating proceduresFunctional configuration & supportConfigure and support core modules — finance, procurement, inventory and warehouse, production control and project managementRun and triage the support ticket queueMaster data governance — helping the business maintain and monitor master data according to established standardsDeliver enhancement work from requirements through go-liveGather and document requirements,
then confirm them back with the businessMaintain and extend our existing Power BI reports built on D365 F&O dataBuild straightforward new reports and dashboards in response to business requestsInvestigate and resolve reporting discrepancies, working back to the underlying ERP dataUsers & communicationRun user training and onboarding as new capabilities go liveProvide clear, timely status updates to the program lead and stakeholdersTranslate business needs into platform terms, and platform behavior into business languageQualifications and Experience:3+ years hands-on with D365 F&O in a functional analyst, administrator or support rolePlatform administration experience — security and role management, licensing, environment health, patching and release wavesFunctional configuration and support experience across core modulesMaster data requirements — parts, BOMs, customer, vendor and accounting mastersA track record of delivering work to deadlines, time estimates, user buy-in and adoption.Ticket-queue discipline — efficiently run and triage a support loadData Management – understanding of ERP data structure and data entitiesBasic to intermediate Power BI — creates, maintains and extends reportsClear user-facing communication — requirements gathering, training and status updatesPreferably with:Manufacturing or engineer-to-order industry backgroundLight X++ or similar exposure — enough to converse with a developer, not to developData integration and interface familiarity, particularly ERP-to-BIExposure to CM2,
