As a member of an interprofessional team, this position assesses and recommends individualized treatments. Acts as the primary resource for drug information, education and provides expert advice to health care professionals. Monitors drug prescribing, drug distribution and drug therapy to ensure safe, effective, rational, legal and economic use of drugs. Maintains workload records and statistics.Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday-Wednesday, Days - 08:00 to 16:00. Position will be a part of on-call rotation and may be a part of future weekend rotationSt. Johns Hospital is a 24 acute-care bed facility.
