Requirements Education and Experience: Secondary School Diploma or equivalent Related experience in the food service industry Current Food Handling Certification mandatory and maintained throughout employment Food Service Worker Certificate preferred Previous experience in a hospital or long term care facility food service environment and knowledge of therapeutic diets is preferred Skills & Abilities Ability to read, understand and interpret oral and written instructions Relate in a respectful, tactful and sensitive manner with patients, staff and visitors Work both independently and as a member of a team Flexibility to modify routines as required to manage changing priorities Good attendance and availability required #J-18808-Ljbffr
