We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager, Marketing Programs and Demand Generation to own our pipeline number and lead a small, cross-functional marketing pod. You are a full-funnel practitioner who isn't just comfortable looking at dashboards—you know how to roll up your sleeves to build and execute the programs that drive the metrics. You have deep full funnel, vertical oriented marketing expertise and always start with the buyers needs when building programs that convert. You will direct a tight-knit team while remaining deeply tactical: designing integrated campaigns, spearheading our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, and driving conversion opportunities for each stage of the funnel.
You understand the B2B SaaS buyer's journey inside and out, and you know how to orchestrate a team to move prospects from unaware to closed-won.
What you'll do
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small cross-functional team. Set priorities, run sprint planning, and remove roadblocks for your team.
- Own the Pipeline: Design multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to hit ambitious pipeline and revenue targets.
- Hands-on Program Execution: Go beyond the data. You and your team will produce and manage webinars, source and prep speakers, run virtual/field events, and manage content syndication.
- Full-Funnel ABM: Refine and scale our Account-Based Marketing engine. Partner deeply with Sales to identify target accounts, orchestrate multi-channel plays, and ensure high-touch personalized outreach.
- Sales Alignment: Act as the connective tissue between Marketing and Sales. Conduct regular pipeline reviews, ensure smooth lead routing, and build sales enablement playbooks for your campaigns.
- Campaign Orchestration: Write campaign briefs, direct email nurture tracks,
oversee landing page creation, and ensure flawless tactical execution in our marketing automation platform.
What you'll need
- Experience: 7-10 years of progressive experience in demand generation, marketing programs, or field marketing within the B2B SaaS industry.
- People Management: Proven experience directly managing direct reports to execute complex campaigns.
- The "Builder" Mindset: You are a doer. You have deep, tactical experience setting up webinars, developing integrated programs, running live events, and building campaigns in automation tools.
- ABM Expertise: Experience designing and running 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns targeting a complex buying committee.
- Tech Stack Fluency: Deep knowledge of modern B2B GTM and sales alignment tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo, Gong, ABM platforms) and a proven ability to leverage emerging AI tools to optimize campaign workflows and funnel conversion.
- A Revenue Focus: You measure your team's success by pipeline generated and closed-won revenue, not just vanity metrics or MQL volume.

How we hire — our run of show
No black holes and no endless rounds. Here's the run of show, so you know exactly what's coming and when:
- Screening & Resume Review: Our Talent Acquisition team will evaluate all resumes and select candidates for a video screening call for 30 minutes.
- Hiring Manager Interview (30 minutes): Meet with the hiring manager to speak in detail about your relevant experience and complete a quick case study.
- Meet More of the Team (60 minutes): Meet more team members to learn more about the work culture and expectations.
- Second Interview with Hiring Manager (45 minutes): Meet with the hiring manager again to learn more about the role.
Every interview is held face to face over Microsoft Teams with a member of our team on camera. If we interview you, we will tell you whether a hiring decision has been made for this role within 45 days of your last interview. How we use artificial intelligence in hiring
We use AI in one place only. Our hiring team may use Microsoft Copilot to transcribe interviews and draft interview notes, so that interviewers can concentrate on the conversation instead of typing. You will always know before any recording or AI note-taking begins, and you can ask us to take notes manually instead — it will not affect your application. We do not use AI to screen, assess, rank or select applicants, and no automated system makes a hiring decision at any stage.
Every shortlisting, interview and offer decision is made by people on our hiring team.
Equal opportunity, inclusion and accessibility
Diversity and inclusion have always been at the core of our values at AudienceView. A diverse workforce with wide perspectives and creative ideas perks our clients, the communities where we operate, and all of us as colleagues. We welcome applications from qualified people of every background.
How to spot a genuine AudienceView offer
AudienceView does not offer employment to anyone without first ensuring that qualified candidates speak directly with a member of the hiring team. All qualifying conversations take place face to face over Microsoft Teams. We do not make offers of employment without meeting candidates, we never make an offer by text message, and we never ask candidates to pay a fee.
If you are asked for personal or financial information by text, or before you have met a member of our hiring team, please disregard it.
Ready to join the show?
If this role sounds like your kind of show and your experience lines up with what we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you. We’re grateful for every application we receive; however, only qualified candidates selected to move forward in our hiring process will be contacted.
