Reporting directly to the Manager of Works Operations, you will provide critical oversight for right-of-way maintenance contracts and small capital builds. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational contracts for infrastructure maintenance
• Ensure compliance with budget and municipal guidelines
• Prepare and develop contract specifications and conditions




• Manage procurement and award processes effectively
• Lead contract administration and project closeouts
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent
• At least 8 years in infrastructure program delivery
• Solid management experience with municipal projects
• Knowledge of contract administration and regulatory compliance
• Class G Ontario Driver's Licence required
