The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize solutions that improve service delivery, IT operations, and customer experiences.This role requires a solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, development best practices, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Brock offers a collaborative work environment, comprehensive benefits, profit sharing, and a culture that values professional growth and teamwork.Compensation range: $60-80kResponsibilities:Design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow applications, integrations, and platform enhancementsConfigure and customize ServiceNow workflows, UI, business rules, security rules, and scriptsConfigure Employee Center experiencesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDevelop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs and Integration HubPerform platform upgrades, testing, patching and ongoing system administration tasksTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow modules including ITSM and CSMCreate and maintain technical documentation,
