Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually

Senior CNC Manufacturing Engineer

Experience

Minimum5 years of hands-on experience in the metal machining industry , including:
CNC programming for bothmilling and turning
Experience working with machine controls such asFANUC, Mitsubishi, and Heidenhain
Solid practical knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and manufacturing techniques

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Test and developcutting tools, machining techniques, and manufacturing methods , with a primary focus on milling applications bothbefore and after heat treatment
Develop and optimizeCNC machine macro programs , with a focus on automation and process efficiency
Develop machine shop applications and automation solutions in collaboration with theIT team
Guide and support theCAM development team
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day technical issues within the machine shop
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to machining processes, productivity,



quality, and automation
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to other team members as required
Travel internationally for short-term assignments as required

Skills and Qualities

Strong fundamentals inmathematics, physics, mechanical engineering, and machining principles are essential.

Education

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
