Visit our website to learn more about us at https://www.Autopartscentres.Com/ .Key ResponsibilitiesProvide quality customer service and assist with customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone using automotive knowledge, the company database, and parts catalogueAnswer inbound calls and ensure all calls are answered in a professional manner, and make follow-up calls to customers as necessaryComplete necessary paperwork (e.G. warranty forms) in an accurate mannerMaintain overall store appearance by cleaning and organizing on a regular basisPick, receive, ship, stock, organize, and deliver auto parts orders when necessaryOther reasonable duties as assigned by the management teamKey Requirements and ExperiencesAutomotive aftermarket parts experience (customer service, sales, repair) requiredCustomer service experience requiredA valid G Driver's license and clean 3-year abstract preferredBasic computer skills (e.G. ability to use and navigate Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel, online database and web-based training)Basic mathematical skills and understanding of basic units of measurementAbility to sort items alphanumericallyDesirable Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of wholesale practices and techniquesStrong communication skills (verbal and written)High level of professionalismPositive attitude with a flexible mindsetHealth and safety awareness (e.G. protected material handling practices,
