Role Overview The Senior Project Manager will support the successful delivery of a large-scale transformational project and other assigned initiatives. The successful candidate will manage the integrated project plan, coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, identify and manage interdependencies, and drive actions, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies to timely resolution.

Working closely with business and technology leaders, vendors, project teams, the Enterprise Project Management Office, and executive sponsors, the successful candidate will provide overall project performance leadership across scope, cost, schedule, quality, governance, documentation, and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage integrated project plans and coordinate activities and interdependencies across multiple workstreams.




- Own project performance across scope, cost, schedule, deliverables, change control, risks, and issues.
- Manage external vendors, including delivery planning, schedule management, status reporting, governance approvals, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business, IT, organizational change management, and other core project team members to align goals and delivery.
- Orchestrate program and project activities, resolve delivery challenges with workstream leads, and reinforce agreed processes and expectations.
- Identify, assess, manage, and mitigate risks affecting scope, schedule, budget, quality, and expected business outcomes.
- Establish explicit roles, responsibilities, and accountability for work, deliverables, milestones, and commitments.
- Ensure deliverables satisfy approved business requirements and meet quality, compliance, and organizational expectations.
- Create and manage the overall project budget.
- Provide timely, accurate reporting to sponsors, executives, steering committees, governance bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Escalate challenges and recommend actions that support informed decisions and prompt resolution.
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation,



including charters, plans, schedules, budgets, governance materials, decision logs, risk and issue registers, status reports, change requests, lessons learned, and closure records.

Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of proven IT program or project management experience as a project manager managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Project management education and/or certification such as PMP .
- Minimum seven years of proven vendor management experience.
- Minimum seven years of proven experience managing cross-functional project teams.
- Experience managing predictive, agile, and hybrid projects.
- Availability and ability to work primarily on-site at the Regina location for the duration of the engagement.

- Proven project and resource planning capabilities.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience managing the implementation of SaaS cloud solutions is an asset.
