With a strong presence across North America and international markets, the organization partners with customers to deliver impactful experiences and drive business growth through strategic marketing and customer engagement initiatives.About this Prospect:On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial marketing events across North America. This role serves as the central point of coordination for executive briefings, customer events, industry conferences, roadshows, webinars, and account-based marketing programs.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, including timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, stakeholder communications, registration management, attendee engagement, and post-event reporting. The role requires close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to drive customer participation, maximize target account engagement, and ensure successful event outcomes aligned with business objectives.What You'll Do:Develop and maintain detailed event project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverablesServe as the primary coordination point for commercial marketing events and programsPartner closely with marketing strategists to align event objectives, target audiences, messaging, and business goalsCollaborate with sales teams to drive customer attendance, track invitations, registrations, attendance targets,
and follow-up activitiesManage event budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and operational processesCoordinate with external vendors, agencies, venues, and service providers to ensure seamless event executionOversee event logistics, attendee communications, registration management, and onsite execution activitiesMonitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively remove blockersTrack event performance metrics, including registrations, attendance, customer engagement, and overall program effectivenessMaintain project documentation, action logs, status reports, and post-event summariesConsolidate attendee data and generate stakeholder reporting and insightsUpload and manage event-generated leads within internal lead management systems, ensuring timely routing and reportingProvide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, risks, and required actionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance event delivery processes and operational efficiency.What You Bring:Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordinationExperience managing event budgets, purchase orders,
and vendor relationshipsStrong understanding of event logistics, registration platforms, attendee communications, and event operationsExperience partnering with sales organizations to drive customer participation and event outcomesAbility to track and analyze event performance metrics and engagement dataStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively manage prioritiesProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OutlookAbility to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders and deadlinesNice to Have:Experience supporting B2B marketing events, executive briefings, or account-based marketing programsExperience with event management platforms and CRM/lead management systemsExperience working in large enterprise environmentsKnowledge of marketing performance reporting and customer engagement measurementProfessional project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is considered an assetExperience supporting North American event programsOur Commitment:At Akkodis, part of The Adecco Group, we're committed to making the future work for everyone.
