As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Foreman to lead and support our team on residential and commercial interior systems projects in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia in our Nova Scotia branch.About the RoleAs a Foreman, you'll play a key leadership role on-site managing interior systems crews, coordinating daily tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and helping deliver projects on time and on budget. Your background in drywalling, steel stud framing, and acoustical systems makes you a hands-on leader who leads by example and ensures work is completed to the highest standard.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise crews on interior systems installations (steel stud, drywall, ceilings, etc.)Coordinate daily tasks, monitor progress, and communicate updates to project managersRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specificationsEnsure all work meets quality, code, and safety standardsSupport team members with hands-on work as needed (e.G., drywall hanging, taping,
