About This Career OpportunityCanadian Base Operators' Southport team is expanding – and we're looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining high-quality spaces.As a proud partner of Kelowna Aerospace Defence Programs, we support the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) with essential services. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping airfield facility grounds protected, functional and looking great year‐round.This is a full‐time 13‐month term role.What You'll DoSafely operate a range of equipment, machinery, and hand toolsMaintain green spaces across airside areas, remote sites, and buildingsSupport contractors with equipment operation as neededPerform line painting, joint sealing, and site markingMaintain and repair fences and gatesAssist with runway condition reporting and SNIC (snow & ice control) activitiesPerform snow and ice removal on runways, sidewalks, and parking areasHelp keep workspaces, equipment, and storage areas clean and organizedWork collaboratively with other teams and departmentsComplete timesheets and work orders accurately and on timeWhat You BringRequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid Class 5 Driver's Licence1–3 years of physically active work experience (lifting, shovelling, outdoor labour,
