If you are excited to help create spaces that serve both present and future generations, we would love to hear from you.Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000ResponsibilitiesContribute to the preparation of architectural drawings and presentation materialsAssist with design development and schematic design tasksResearch codes, standards, materials, and productsSupport permit, tender,



and construction document preparationAttend site visits and assist with construction administrationMaintain project files and help coordinate documentationCreate or update Revit models and drawing setsWork collaboratively with the project team on day-to-day tasksQualificationsEligible to be registered with the AIBCM. Arch in Architecture and /or an institution recognized by the AIBC / CACBPrevious experience working in an office setting for a minimum of one yearAbility to attain RCMP ERS (Enhanced Reliability Status) security clearance (5-Year Background Check | Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident)Revit experience (Proficient in Revit – nice to have)Strong Adobe skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Physical model makingComputer rendering and digital visualization skillsKnowledge of the BC Building CodeGood work ethic and enthusiasm for working as a teamExcellent oral and written communication skillsWell organized with valuable interpersonal skillsLegally able to work in CanadaValid driver's licenseLooking to build their careerIf you are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume, portfolio, and a brief statement outlining your passion for architecture and why Johnston Davidson Architecture is the right fit for you.
