As a leader in the landscape management industry, Clintar rewards high-performing employees with growth and development opportunities.Job SummaryThe Landscaping & Snow Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, coordination, and performance of field crews during both the summer landscape maintenance season and winter snow operations. This position could be for our day operation or nights. This position is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring crews are properly staffed, equipped,



scheduled, and productive while maintaining Clintar's standards for quality, safety, customer service, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and practical experience operating and supervising landscaping and snow-removal equipment.ResponsibilitiesSupervise crew leaders and members, managing hiring, training, and daily operationsAssign equipment, conduct training in horticulture, customer relations, and safetyMaintain facility organization, set work procedures, and ensure efficient workflowOversee vehicle maintenance, complete minor repairs when needed, and manage timesheetsPlan and conduct ongoing crew trainingPrioritize customer satisfactionPromote teamwork and evaluate staff performanceOccasionally contributes hands-on during tight deadlinesCoordinate with the Operations ManagerQualifications4+ years in commercial landscape/snow requiredClean and valid driver's licenseExpertise in heavy equipment operationUniversity/college degree preferredHorticulture, Landscape, snow experienceProficient in writing reports, proposals, and business correspondenceCapable of solving customer service challenges, interpreting various instructions, and performing calculations related to areas, percentages,
