keeping records of quantity of food used and preparing food for storage; Ensures that all product and packaging is properly merchandised and stockedHandling guest feedback and queries; Supervises teammembers to ensure primary and secondary duties are completedResponds to guest service complaints in a timely manner, resolving problems and turning potentially negative situations into positive situationsEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards; andPreparing reports and other performance analysis documentation for management.Job Requirements – Skills requirements:Completion of secondary schoolPrevious experience in food preparation or service (7 months or more of related experience)Completion of college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline an assetProven leadership and problem-solving skillsDriven and focused.
