Team Leadership & CoordinationLead and coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, operations, sales, etc.)Assign tasks and monitor team performanceResolve conflicts and support team productivity4. Risk ManagementIdentify potential risks and issuesDevelop mitigation strategies and contingency plansProactively address project challenges5.



Stakeholder CommunicationAct as the main point of contact for stakeholdersProvide regular updates to management and clientsEnsure clear and consistent communication6. Documentation ManagementMaintain accurate and comprehensive project documentationEnsure all project records are properly stored and updatedREQUIREMENTS :1. Experience & Education:Minimum 5+ years of experience in project managementAt least 3 years of experience managing Solar/EPC projectsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields2. Technical Skills:Proficiency in project management tools such as: Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana....Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall is a plus)Solid knowledge of solar project lifecycle, EPC processes, and site execution is an advantageStrong planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills3. Soft Skills:Robust leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsHigh level of organization and ability to manage multiple projectsGood English communication skills are a plusPMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certifications are preferred
