As a CPCQA-certified plant, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance in every product we produce.We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager with precast concrete experience and CPCQA knowledge to lead and oversee our quality assurance program.Position OverviewThe Quality Control Manager is responsible for ensuring all precast concrete products meet CPCQA requirements, internal quality standards, and applicable industry specifications. This role will oversee quality control procedures, manage inspections and testing, maintain certification compliance, and work closely with production and management teams to ensure consistent product quality.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and maintain the CPCQA quality management system and ensure ongoing compliance with CSA.A23.2Manage plant quality control processes for all precast concrete productsCoordinate and conduct product testing, inspections, and documentationMaintain quality records and prepare documentation for CPCQA audits and inspectionsEnsure materials, production processes,



and finished products meet industry standards and specificationsTrain and supervise QC personnel and support production staff with quality proceduresIdentify opportunities to improve production quality, efficiency, and complianceWork closely with plant management and project teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actionsEnsure adherence to safety and regulatory requirementsQualifications5+ years of experience in precast concrete manufacturing or construction materialsStrong knowledge of CSA-A23.2 standards and certification requirementExperience managing quality control programs in a manufacturing or precast environmentUnderstanding of concrete mix designs, testing procedures, and production processesExperience with quality audits, inspections, and documentationStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively with production teams and managementPreferred QualificationsCPCQA certification or previous experience working within a CPCQA-certified plantBackground in civil engineering, construction management, or materials engineeringExperience with structural precast products and infrastructure projectsACI/PCI Level 1 and 2What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to work with a growing leader in the precast industrySupportive team environmentCareer growth within a respected Western Canadian infrastructure supplier
