Success in the position requires operating in a highly cross functional environment, influencing outcomes, aligning stakeholders, and driving results without direct authority.Job DescriptionLead multiple process improvement projects using structured problem-solving and Lean methodologies to improve operational performanceConduct structured assessments of business problems and opportunities, including defining problem statements, analyzing current state performance, and evaluating improvement potential to inform recommendations and ownershipCollaborate with a broad stakeholder group across operations, supply chain, and support functions to identify improvement opportunities, align on priorities, and define project scopePartner closely with Process Improvement Analysts to leverage data, analytics, and reporting to support problem diagnosis, quantify opportunities, and track project performanceAnalyze operational data to diagnose issues, quantify opportunities, and track performance against targetsFacilitate workshops, working sessions, and project meetings to drive alignment and progressDevelop and maintain process maps, standard work, and performance measures to support sustainment of improvementsIdentify and manage risks, issues,
