Reporting to Project Director, the incumbent supports project planning, forecasting, cost control, scheduling, progress measurement, change management, and project reporting. The role works closely with Project Managers, Planners, Site Teams, and Commercial teams to provide accurate project performance information and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.This role is primarily project-based in SK and follows either a 7-on/7-off or 14-on/14-off rotation schedule, with flights and accommodations provided.Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to SiteMaintainproject control structures, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), work packages, control accounts, and cost breakdown structuresEstablish and manageproject cost control baselines and budgetsMonitorproject costs, installed quantities, progress, and earned value metricsPrepare and analyzecost reports, forecasts, variances, EACs, ETCs, KPIs, and performance indicesManagecritical path schedules and identify schedule risks or delaysSupportchange management, claims analysis, and schedule impact assessmentsCoordinatewith quantity surveyors, field teams,



and project leadership to validate progress and performance reportingAssistproject teams in implementing standard project controls processes and proceduresContributeto dashboard creation, project reporting, and continuous improvement initiativesCompletefield walkdowns and verifications for estimating and billingThe Right Tools for the JobEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience: 3+ of Industrial construction, or project controls experience in disciplines such as cost control, scheduling, planning, forecasting, and document management. Experience in pipeline is preferredTechnical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
