Contributingto a team of highly skilled and passionate Educators, you will provide care and education to children ranging from 0-12 years old. You will implement an emergent curriculum through a pedagogical lens, facilitate learning experiences, remaincurious alongside the children, and consistently strive to deepen your understanding of the culture you cultivate within aclassroom.ResponsibilitiesWork within a fluctuating schedule, adapting to diverse routines and schedules across different centres in the Huron County areaMaintain constant supervision and prioritize the physical and emotional safety of children at all timesImplement an emergent curriculum by fostering and nurturing child-led learning experiences that support children in exploring topics that cultivate their curiosityCollaborate with families to share insights, involve them in the curriculum planning process,
