They play a key role in creating a positive first and last impression of the hotel.Job RequirementsHigh School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalentMust be eligible to work in Canada - can provide SIN documentationPrevious experience in hospitality (bell attendant or concierge experience preferred)Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices, and techniquesAbility to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer the appropriate options, solutions,



and resolutions required.Exceptional conflict resolution, and objection handling skillsStrong leadership and communication skillsAble to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment.Physical ability to lift heavy luggage.Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.Must be able to work different shift Morning and Evening including working on weekends and public holidaysJob dutiesGreet guests warmly upon arrival and departureAssist with luggage handling and storageEscort guests to rooms and explain room featuresProvide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractionsArrange transportation (taxis, shuttle transfers coordination)Supervise and schedule bell staffAssign duties and monitor performanceEnsure staff grooming and uniform standards are maintainedMaintain records of luggage movementReport maintenance issues in lobby areasAssist with VIP guest arrangementsCoordinate group arrivals and departuresMaintain luggage storage area and tagging systemHandle guest requests promptlyManage lost-and-found items according to hotel policyRewards & RecognitionTeam rates from $59 per night, Family & Friends rates too!25% discount at our restaurants for up to 6 peopleDiscounted Passes/Lift tickets at Grouse Mountain and Revelstoke Mountain ResortOngoing Employee events,
