Role: Senior QA Automation Engineer

Location: Canada Remote

Job Type: Full time

Must haves:

- Strong Tosca Automation experience

- Strong Selenium/Java. TestNG and Playwright are good to have.

- Healthcare Finance experience: Billing, Claims, Insurance, healthcare financial processing in general

- Good English communication skills

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions using:

- Tosca

(Required)

- Java, Selenium, or TestNG

(Required)

- Perform end-to-end testing for healthcare applications

- Analyze requirements and ensure test coverage and traceability.

- Execute SQL-based backend validation and data verification.

- Validate large-scale datasets using

AWS Athena or similar Lakehouse technologies.

- Lead functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing efforts.

- Support CI/CD/CT implementation and continuous testing practices.

- Manage test cases, execution, and reporting through tools such as qTest

.

- Oversee defect management, including logging, triage, tracking, and validation.

- Contribute to test strategy, risk assessment, and QA best practices.

Required Qualifications Technical Skills

- 7+ years of QA Automation and Testing experience.





- Strong programming experience in

Java

.

- Hands-on expertise with:

- Tosca

(Required)

- Java, Selenium, or TestNG

(Required)

- Solid SQL and database validation skills.

- Experience with

AWS Athena and large-scale data validation.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

- Manual and automated testing methodologies
