West Coast Seniors Housing Management in Williams Lake, BC, is seeking a Recreation Aide to support activity programs and resident well-being. The role reports to the Therapeutic Recreation Manager and involves planning, implementing, and evaluating programs with dignity and respect.

You will assist in creating calendars, coordinating external groups, and guiding volunteers, while maintaining safety, confidentiality and documentation per policy.
