parts and sales departmentsRemain current on any product line changes and coordinate with all branches to communicate market and product issues and updates to Caterpillar and Toromont Cat divisionsProvide technical support as liaison between Toromont and Cat's engineering and product groupsPrepare and conduct presentations for sales, service and factory technical communication meetingsActively participate in product problem management and continuous product improvement programs/meetingsTravel to assist Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) and Branches as requiredPeriodically provide technical seminars, small training sessions, and create technical documentation as requiredMust-haves for this role:Prior experience in EPG, Heavy Equipment, or Truck and Coach industries with a focus on Power SystemsMinimum of 5 years Commercial and Industrial Field Service experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing Commercial Engines and Power Generation equipmentExperience with Cat 3500 Series enginesHighly safety consciousStrong technical aptitude with a solid knowledge of products and services supported by Toromont CatKnowledge of and ability to conduct failure analysis is an assetExcellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving,
