What You'll Actually Learn You'll work alongside experienced Divine salespeople and learn the business from the ground up — how to read plans, measure projects, estimate jobs, understand construction, work with builders and designers, solve problems, manage customers, and eventually develop and manage accounts of your own. You'll spend time in the office, on construction sites, with customers and with our different departments, learning how a project goes from an idea on a drawing to a finished space. This isn't about fetching coffee for a salesperson. We're training you to become one .
