In this key role, you'll report to the Executive Director, overseeing a four-member team targeting an annual revenue of $1.6 million. Your expertise will drive major gifts fundraising and enhance community relationships, elevating the mission of St. Joseph’s Hospice.
Key Responsibilities:



- Create strategies to secure major gifts and cultivate donors - Lead marketing and communication initiatives for outreach - Establish systems for effective project management in development - Execute signature events ensuring target revenue achievements - Collaborate with volunteers and stakeholders for successful events
Requirements: - Minimum 7 years in major gift fundraising roles - Experience leading a fundraising team for at least 3 years - Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution - Strong communication skills and relationship management - Ability to navigate a rapid-paced, evolving setting
