This midwifery role supports families during the critical early weeks after discharge while offering comprehensive care in our Early Discharge Clinic. You will conduct follow-ups, ensuring effective screenings and contribute to family education on newborn care.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct clinic visits after hospital discharge
Perform critical newborn and jaundice screenings
Provide educational resources on breastfeeding
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Offer postpartum follow-up for up to 4 weeks

Requirements:
Valid Midwifery Certificate from the College of Midwives
Excellent assessment and teaching skills
Experience in team-based care approaches
